We represented two of the only four defendants found not liable at that seven month long trial in Jefferson Parish. In Mississippi’s infamous (thanks to “60 Minutes”) Jefferson County, we were able to negotiate an extremely low settlement amount, just days before the rendering of a $150 million verdict.
