Julie K. Parks was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on February 17, 1967. She was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1993 and U.S. District Court, Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana. She received her education from Louisiana State University (B.A., 1989) and Loyola University School of Law (J.D., 1993). She is a member of the Louisiana State, Federal and American Bar Associations.
