Blaine A. Moore was born in Greenwood, South Carolina on July 3, 1961. She was admitted to the Louisiana Bar, the U.S. District Court, Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit in 1987. She received her education from Presbyterian College (B.S., 1983), Cumberland School of Law, Samford University (J.D., 1987) and Tulane Law School (L.L.M., Admiralty, 1988). She is a member of the Louisiana State , Federal and American Bar Associations, Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute and the New Orleans Association of Women Attorneys.
