Firm History
In 1995, Chip Duncan and Kaye Courington founded Duncan & Courington,
L.L.C. on the philosophy that the needs and interests
of our clients would be our primary concern.
In 2001, the firm enhanced its trucking and transportation
litigation practice with the addition of Lance Rydberg.
Since its founding in July of 1995, the firm has grown
from four to more than twenty attorneys, while maintaining
this original commitment to our clients and the personal
service that characterizes our work.
Duncan, Courington & Rydberg is located in downtown
New Orleans, across the street from the federal court
and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal and just blocks
away from Orleans Civil District Court.
Napoleon House
Since the firm was founded in 1995, we have held our annual holiday cocktail party for clients, employees and friends on the first Thursday in December at The Napoleon House, a historic landmark in the French Quarter dating back to 1797. Click here to visit the Napoleon House website.
