Naomi C. Jones was born in Quarryville, Pennsylvania on June 21, 1980. She was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2009. She received her education from Columbia College, Columbia University (B.A. 2002), Mercy College (M.S. 2005), and Tulane Law School (J.D. 2009). She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
