Michael P. Higgins was was admitted to practice before the Louisiana State Bar in 2006. He received his education at Tulane University (B.A., 1998; J.D., 2006) and Delta State University (M.Ed., 2000). While in law school, Mike participated in Moot Court and the Maritime Law Society. Mike’s background also includes a two-year tenure with Teach for America.
