Ney J. Gehman was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on January 27, 1973. He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1999, and subsequently was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana. He graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana (B.A. Communications, 1995) and New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts (J.D. 1999). He was previously an Assistant District Attorney in the Orleans Parish District Attorney's Office (2000-2003) and has since been employed in private practice. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute.
