Harry Morse was born in Tomball, Texas on February 5, 1980.  He was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in April, 2008.  He received a degree with honors from the University of Chicago (B.A., American History, 2002), and he is a cum laude graduate of Tulane Law School (J.D., 2006).  While in law school, he clerked for Justice Kem Frost, Texas 14th Court of Appeals, and for Judge Wayne Cresap, 34th Judicial District Court, St. Bernard, Louisiana.  He is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association.
